Our containers are made of JIS steel, a variety of steel made according to Japanese specifications, and are safe from both legal and quality standpoints. Unlike the ISO containers used for marine transportation, our containers employ a rigid frame structure designed to resist earthquakes with only pillars and beams, allowing for a high degree of design freedom while ensuring safety at the same time.

Exteriors and interiors are finished at the factory before containers are shipped. Being able to shorten construction times on-site, we can offer shorter delivery times compared to other types of constructions.

Consultation by interview

In the course of the interview, we will ask you your thoughts, dreams, plans, and so on. We will discuss with you details like the container's purpose, scale, budget, and schedule. Interviews typically last between 30 minutes to one hour and can be conducted by phone, Zoom, or in person.

Research and planning from a professional perspective

Based on the information provided during the initial interview, our staff conducts the necessary research and planning to come up with proposals that ensure your satisfaction.

Thorough discussion

We will discuss with you the results of our research, plans and rough estimates until you are completely satisfied.
Our goal is to come up with the best building solution together with you.

Contract signing

Once details and estimates have been agreed upon, we will ask you to sign a contract.
After the contract has been concluded, we will begin manufacturing containers exclusively for you. Production will take approximately two to three months to complete, depending on the number of units. (The above schedule is tentative.)
06

Delivery

After containers have been installed and all construction work has been completed, we will conduct an inspection in your presence to ensure that everything is as agreed upon before handing over the containers to you.
