In the more than 100 years since our founding, we have witnessed many major changes in society. Even when battered by violent waves, we have remained steady in our course, offering our customers comfortable lifestyles. By responding flexibly to the changing times and developing a wide range of business models, we deliver to our customers the value they have come to expect together with new value. To this end, we have never stopped, nor we will ever stop, challenging ourselves. Over 100 years old, flexible and proudly taking on challenges
We were established in 1913 as a courier company. As we moved forward with the times, we entered the transportation and lumber sectors and kept expanding our business activities, year after year, to include designing, constructing and managing buildings, buying and selling real estate, importing and selling containers, developing products, and much more. In 2013, on our 100th anniversary, we joined forces with Escrit Co., Ltd., a major bridal company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard, to further improve our corporate value. While the scope of our business may have changed, our desire to help others and to impress our customers has remained the same since our founding.
The strength of our company, which has kept growing in response to the changing times, is our ability to respond quickly and flexibly to our customers’ concerns and problems by leveraging our capabilities. As the world faces difficult times and an uncertain future amid the unprecedented spread of infectious diseases and the destabilization of the international order, we believe that our company's role and mission has only become more important.
