1. Handling of personal information

The Company acquires and uses the name, address, telephone number, email address and other information about our customers (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Personal Information") in order to perform the operations smoothly. The Company will comply with the applicable laws, regulations, and other standards in relation to the customers' Personal Information.

2. Purpose of use of Personal Information

The Company will, in relation to conducting the construction and other businesses, acquire the Personal Information that is required for the execution of the business, and the acquired Personal Information will be used for the following purposes. In addition, with the aim of smooth operation of the businesses, the Company may contract part of its operations and provide Personal Information to the contractor within the necessary scope. In this case, the company will provide appropriate supervision in relation to the handling of Personal Information by the contractor.

• Undertaking, research, planning, surveying, design, management, after-the sale service, and consulting for civil engineering and building construction work
• Constructions, sale, purchase, leasing and intermediation services for buildings such as condominiums, and consulting service
• To conduct surveys on the status of use and usage environment of the residence built by the Company and grasp the customer's level of satisfaction
• To fulfill the requirements under the Construction Business Act, Industrial Safety and Health Act, and other related laws and regulations
• To fulfill labor and safety management
• To respond to the inquiries concerning the above work operations

3. Provision to third parties

The company will not disclose or provide Personal Information to third parties excluding provision to the contractor as stated in "2. Purpose of use of Personal Information" and the following cases.

• When consent is obtained from the customer
• When the information is disclosed in a state in which the specific customer cannot to be identified
• When contracting the handling of such information to an external service provider for the purpose of smooth execution of the operations (In this case, a contractor that has a sufficient level of protection will be selected, and appropriate management will be provided to prevent information leak and re-provision.)
• When disclosure is required by laws and regulations
• When it is necessary for the protection of the life, physical well-being, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain consent from the customer
• When it is necessary to cooperate with the national or local government for the performance of a public work, and obtaining consent from the customer may hinder the performance of such work
• When providing information to the persons listed in the items

5. Inquiries Regarding Personal Information

In relation to the personal data possessed by the Company, if a customer requests disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of information, after verifying that the request is from the subject individual, the Company will respond within the reasonable scope and period of time. Please note that disclosure may be restricted in the event there is deemed to be a hinderance to the performance of the work operations. Also, there will be cases where the Company is unable to delete the information that is possessed by the Company based on the related laws and regulations.
