A 20-lot residential area in the Shikishima Elementary School district.

Since the three original plots of land had narrow frontage (under 10 m), each landowner was having problems utilizing the land. By combining the three plots of land we were able to increase the overall value of the land, which brought great satisfaction to the three landowners.
